Hi I'm Dr. Stephanie...

a Physical Therapist and Educator of 30 plus years.  In trying to be all things to all people in my life: family, colleagues and patients; I was burnt out!

Yoga and Meditation helped my painful body and led me to a practice that I love.

I've taken all the tools that helped me and my clients recover from pain and assembled them into lessons and practices to create:

Teaching Yoga for a Better Back.

I bring my love of research into the course so all the methods are evidence-based (60+ articles!).

I could no longer work within the broken healthcare system that was leaving people with chronic pain behind.  Teaching yoga sustains me AND brings more people long-term lasting relief of chronic low back pain.
