What is RESTORE exactly?

Most healthcare systems are not designed to give you the time you need to heal from chronic pain.  Believe me, I tried for over 20 years working within the system to help myself and my patients.  But limitations within the systems of care and reimbursement, don't allow time or treatments, like health coaching, which are supported by good science.

I nearly gave up and thought "I'll just have to live with it."  Instead, intuition led me to yoga and I immediately began to feel better.  My low back, neck and joint pain slowly dissipated.  Yoga allowed me to treat what no one in the medical system had even suggested...my stress, my beliefs about pain, and my spirit.
