...and for 30+ years I have loved treating people with low back pain.  Maybe because I too have low back pain and am able to use everything that works for me.  

A few years ago, I was able to relieve even more of my low back pain with...YOGA.

Through the self-study practices of Yoga, I discovered why my low back pain would return without injury. 

The calming practices of yoga (i.e. breathing and mindfulness) worked immediately! 

Because I spent years as a college professor and researcher, ALL of the treatments that I use are shown to be successful for people, just like YOU!
