Hi! I'm Dr. Stephanie, a Physical Therapist and Yoga Teacher but more importantly...

...a person who lives with low back pain.  

Many years ago, I discovered yoga as the way to relieve much of my pain AND also the suffering that I was experiencing. 

As a college professor and researcher, I designed a series of classes for people with low back pain based on my experience.  Since teaching those first classes, research has been published to support Yoga for Low Back Pain.  I constantly update my program based on this research.

Now I want more people with low back pain to experience the same relief of pain and suffering.

Whether you are a health professional or a person living in pain, the knowledge and skills of this workshop can help the 3 out of every 4 adults who experience low back pain.  Yoga has the ability to meet people where they and offer accessible and affordable classes.  Outside of a "sick-care" system, you will also find satisfaction by engaging in holistic care that people so desperately need and see the outcomes that you desire.

I developed this workshop to give you confidence to help yourself and other people relieve the many layers of low back pain.
