I could tell you all about my years of experience as a Physical Therapist, College Professor and Yoga Teacher…

I’ve been where you are.  I too suffered with chronic pain for over 30 years. I had success using all that I knew as a Physical Therapist, but the nagging pain returned and as I aged it was only getting worse.  Even my regular yoga practice wasn’t providing the long-lasting relief that I desired…until…
